ICONS GOES TO FRANCE
ICONS A FRANCE? MAIS C’EST INCROYABLE!
I am so happy to announce to my wonderful French readers - and they know how much I adore them, seeing as I’ve visited them every chance I get — that ICONS will be published in France by Hachette Jeunesse, the French publishers of the Beautiful Creatures Novels.
If you look in a copy of 16 Lunes, you’ll see that the book is even dedicated to them, “Pour Cecile Terouanne et notre famille francaise d’Hachette Jeunesse.” I love these guys, every bit as much as the French readers and bloggers and journalists. Gros Bisoux!
I was actually in Paris when I found out that Kami and I had hit the New York Times Bestsellers list, and whenever I see the Arc du Triomphe, I think of that wonderfully strange night.
So there you go! My incredible international team, headed up by my foreign rights agent Rebecca Gardner & my agent Sarah Burnes at the Gernert Company, has been busy — there are more countries and more announcements coming — but I wanted to give France it’s moment in the spotlight!
